Matwork and Reformer Pilates

My home Pilates studio is close to Fordingbridge, in the small village of Godshill, in The New Forest. 

The studio can hold a maximum of 4 people on the Pilates Reformers which are Merrithew V2 Max with Tower, with Mat converters.

I can hold Matwork Pilates sessions in the studio for a max of 5 people, so ideal if you wanted to come with a friend or prefer small, personal classes.

​

I also have a Merrithew Chair, which is ideal for anyone needing to stay in a seated or upright position. Pilates is for everyone!

​

My home studio is ideal for anyone wishing to try Pilates for the first time but equally beneficial for those who want to challenge themselves and also for rehab e.g hip and knee replacement.
