The Tracy Nadin Reformer studio is close to Fordingbridge, in the small village of Godshill, in The New Forest.
Our comfortable studio is ideal for anyone wishing to try Pilates for the first time, but equally beneficial for those who want to challenge themselves and also for rehab e.g hip and knee replacement. All classes are programmed by us to cater for all levels with progressions as well as regressions so no one feels left out.
Our reformer classes are held in our welcoming home studio in Godshill, just outside Fordingbridge in the New Forest. The small, friendly setting allows for a calm and focused experience.
To ensure everyone receives plenty of guidance and support, each class is limited to just four clients. This small group format means we can provide individual attention and help you get the most out of every session.
For safety and to help you choose the right class for your needs we ask everyone to attend a 1:1 taster or intro sessions for their first visit.
Classes run for 50 minutes, giving you dedicated time to build strength, improve movement, and enjoy a focused workout.
NB All new Reformer clients must attend one of our taster sessions or 1:1 intro sessions for their first visit.
Classes and sessions are non-refundable, but we offer a flexible make-up system if you need to miss a class. If you give at least 12 hours’ notice, you can attend another class instead.
Block bookings: Missed classes can be made up any time until the end of the following month.
Drop in bookings: Make-up classes must be used by the end of the current month.
This system keeps things simple while giving everyone some flexibility.
Our instructors are fully qualified in Pilates and Reformer training, holding recognised certifications and a strong understanding of safe, effective movement.
We are friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping clients feel comfortable and confident in the studio. With our knowledge and supportive guidance, we’ll ensure each class is both enjoyable and tailored to help you progress at your own pace.
Our studio is equipped with high-quality Merrithew V2 Max Reformers with Towers and mat converters, giving us a wide range of options to keep classes varied, effective, and engaging.
We also use a selection of additional equipment including jump boards, cardio tramps, arc barrels, and smaller props such as Zenga balls, soft balls, stability cushions, and flex bands to support and challenge your practice.
Alongside the reformers, we have a Merrithew Chair, which is particularly helpful for those who prefer or need to work in a seated or more upright position. Pilates truly can be adapted for everyone.
Reformer pilates strengthens and tones muscles without bulk and improves core stability and posture. It enhances flexibility and mobility, supports injury prevention and rehabilitation. Making it an adaptable form of exercise for beginners to advanced practitioners.
Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a specialised piece of equipment called a reformer. Designed to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and posture, it builds on the principles of traditional Pilates while adding resistance through springs, pulleys, and a moveable carriage.
The reformer machine uses adjustable spring tension to create resistance, allowing you to perform controlled, low-impact movements that target both major muscle groups and smaller stabilising muscles. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, kneeling, or standing, making it a highly versatile workout suitable for all fitness levels.
Reformer Pilates is ideal for everyone—from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Whether you’re looking to build strength, recover from injury, or simply move better in your daily life, sessions can be tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.
In a typical session, you’ll be guided through a series of controlled movements focusing on breath, alignment, and precision. With expert instruction and adjustable resistance, each class offers a personalised experience that challenges your body in a safe and effective way.
