Our Pilates Reformer home studio is situated in the peaceful setting of Godshill, Fordingbridge in the beautiful New Forest. We’re easy to find, just off the A338 Salisbury / Ringwood Road.
The studio is naturally light- filled with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. “Friendly and fun” are words you’ll often find in our client reviews.
We’ve even been known to take the Reformer classes outside on a warm summer’s day. You can’t beat a reformer session out in the fresh air and you can’t often do that in a town studio!
Whether you’re new to the reformer, looking for a challenge or in rehab from an injury, you’ll find what you need with us. Why not book a trial pilates session and see for yourself?
I’m Tracy, founder and primary instructor, and I’m joined by my husband Bob, who is also a key instructor. Throughout the year, we occasionally welcome like-minded, trained guest instructors who bring added variety to our sessions.

Bob’s passion for fitness began during his military career and has continued ever since. As part of our husband-and-wife team, he was inspired to try Reformer Pilates after seeing the significant improvements it made to my mobility and flexibility. It wasn’t long before he experienced the benefits for himself, noticing positive changes in his strength training, cross training, and running.
Motivated by the results, Bob completed his training as a STOTT Pilates Instructor and now teaches Reformer classes at our Fordingbridge studio.

Joseph Pilates was right; Pilates brings health and happiness! It’s my passion and I want to share the benefits I have learnt over the years. The classes always vary and the most important thing is to have fun whilst in the session. It’s all about movement, mind and body and feeling rejuvenated at the end of the session.
Bring a water bottle and towel to class.
No experience of any Pilates is necessary. Another benefit of the Reformer!
If you have never done reformer before we do ask you to attend a 1:1 intro session for health and safety on how to use the reformer safely in a class environment.
Our classes last 50 minutes.

NB All new Reformer clients must attend one of our taster sessions or 1:1 intro sessions for their first visit.
